All UK orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after an order is placed.

Standard UK delivery

  • £3.00 delivery cost for all orders.
  • Usually delivered within 2-3 days after the order is dispatched.

24 hour UK delivery

  • £7.80 delivery cost for all orders.
  • Delivered the next working day after the order is dispatched.

Free standard shipping on UK orders over £30.

Returns

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase please let us know via email at online@russellandwhite.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange/refund less shipping costs, only if products are unused and in the same condition they were sent/received. Please note we are not responsible for any damage in transit of returned goods and recommend returning your items via registered post. We do not accept returns on any products purchased on sale.
