Every two months we hand make a new and exclusive candle fragrance for each of our Passport holders. It costs £30 every two months and it’s free to skip or cancel any time

Exclusive access to previous releases
In addition to our bimonthly scent releases, passport holders have exclusive access to the the Russell + White Archive.
Returned candles are stored in controlled conditions at the our HQ - these make up the Russell + White Archive.
Passport holders are welcome to purchase candles from the archive whenever they wish.

The Scent Passport is a bimonthly subscription, meaning you'll receive an order every two months.
Each release is shipped on the second week of the month. However, please be aware that the actual delivery date may fluctuate, depending on the specific season (e.g. Christmas is a very busy period, so we would expect some delays in the post office).
If you purchase a Passport after a release, you'd receive your first delivery on the next release date. For example if a release month was August, you'd receive your first delivery with the October release.

Every Scent Passport release ships with a free scent sample tin. You can try the fragrance at home, before deciding whether or not to break the seal on the main candle.
If it’s not for you, simply fill in this form and follow the instructions to return the candle back to us.

At Russell + White, we operate a 14-day return window.
To be eligible for a return, your main candle box must be unopened and you should request a return within 14 days of receiving your candle. Once you have requested a return, you will have a further 14 days to return your candle.

We will process a full refund for any returned Scent Passport releases that arrives back with us, so long as the seal on the main candle box hasn’t been broken.
Please allow up to 10 days for us to check your return and process the refund.
How can I cancel my Passport subscription?

You are welcome to cancel your Scent Passport subscription at any time.
If you’re not ready to receive an upcoming order, you can request to skip a season via your subscription portal. Navigate to your account, click Subscriptions and you'll be sent to the portal.
All Passport cancellations must be made in advance of the billing day for the next release, which falls on the first day of each release month. Without this notice, our efforts to keep waste to a minimum are compromised.

Can I skip a release?

We understand there may be a reason you need to skip a release. Skipping a delivery will stop you from being charged for one release, and you will not receive that release's candle.
If you’d like to skip a release, you can do so via your online portal anytime before you are billed for that release - billing day will always be the first day of each release month (August, October, December, February, April and June).

We produce small-batch candle scents exclusively for our Passport holders.
Since we only produce a very limited supply of candles each season, we cannot guarantee you will be able to purchase any extra candles.
That being said, please feel free to reach out to us after receiving your candle, and we'll check to see if there are any remaining after all our Passport holders have received theirs.
