The Scent Passport™ is a continuing series of limited-edition destination fragrances, released four times a year.

Subscribers discover a new fragrance at each solstice and equinox, receiving a complete candle with their first delivery and a candle refill with every subsequent delivery. Every release is a scented interpretation of a different place, created for those who enjoy discovery, anticipation and an element of surprise.

Your first delivery includes a complete, limited-edition candle in a refillable jar. Every subsequent delivery includes a candle refill for that jar, in a new seasonal fragrance. Every Russell + White candle is developed and produced in small batches in the UK using non-GMO soy wax, a cotton/linen wick and fine phthalate/paraben-free fragrance oils.

Previous releases offer a sense of the breadth and character of the series, but future fragrances remain a surprise.

Any fragrance-specific safety information will be shown on the product packaging.

The Scent Passport™ is an open-ended recurring subscription. You will be charged on the first day of the release month for each seasonal release until the subscription is cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account. Cancellation must be completed before the billing day (first day of the release month) to prevent payment and fulfilment of the next release.

The Scent Passport™ is different from our prepaid gift subscriptions, which are paid in full, run for a fixed term and end automatically.

Delivery is free with every Scent Passport™ release. Each release is dispatched just before the solstice/equinox.

A Scent Passport™ is a recurring subscription to four seasonal fragrance releases a year. Your first delivery is a complete limited-edition candle in a refillable jar. Later releases arrive as candle refills for that jar. Each fragrance is chosen by Russell + White and remains a surprise.

Your first £30 payment is taken at checkout and covers your first complete candle. After that, each seasonal refill costs £22.50, with payments taken on the first day of its release month: March, June, September or December. You will not be charged again for the release covered by your initial payment. Delivery is free with every Scent Passport release.

Your first Scent Passport™ delivery will be the next scheduled release after you join. We aim to dispatch each release a few days before the spring equinox, summer solstice, autumn equinox or winter solstice.

Scent Passport™ fragrances are curated by Russell + White rather than chosen individually. Each release is also offered to the public as a limited-edition candle, subject to availability. If you prefer to choose a particular release, explore the available limited editions without starting a subscription.

The same returns policy applies to Scent Passport™ candles and refills as to our other candles. Please read our Returns policy for the return conditions and instructions before sending an item back.

Yes. You can skip a release or cancel through your subscription portal. Make the change before the billing date for the next release—the first day of March, June, September or December—to prevent that payment. Skipping a release means you will not be charged for it or receive it.
