How do I refer my friends?

It is pleasingly straightforward. Sign up above, then share your link with friends so they can enjoy 20% off their first order.

How do my friends redeem their rewards?

  1. Click the link you shared to receive their exclusive discount code
  2. Add their favourite Russell + White products to their cart
  3. Enter the code in the “Discount code” box at checkout

How can I redeem my rewards?

Once your friend places their first order, we will send your discount code by email. Simply enter it in the ‘Discount code’ box at checkout when you are ready to redeem it.

Please note: only one discount code can be applied per order.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

Not at all. You are welcome to share Russell + White as often as you wish. Each time someone you refer makes a qualifying purchase, you will receive £10 towards your next order.

What if my friend cancels their order?

If a referred order is canceled before it’s fulfilled, the referral reward will not be issued.
