Citrus bergamia

Bergamot is the bright spark that makes a scent feel instantly alive. Zesty, slightly spicy, and gently peppery, it can lift warm woods or give florals a fresh, sunny twist. Most bergamot is still hand-picked in Calabria (Italy) from November to March, then cold-extracted from the peel — around 200kg of fruit for just 1 litre of essential oil.
