Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the vessel during each burn to help prevent tunnelling. Burn for no longer than four hours at a time and trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting.

Keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and stop burning when approximately 1/4 inch of wax remains.

To prevent fire or serious injury, always burn within sight. Keep away from draughts, vibrations, children, pets and anything that could catch fire. Allow the vessel to cool completely before touching or moving it.

Our 250 g candles have an approximate burn time of 40 hours. How the candle is used will affect its duration. Burn for no longer than four hours at a time and follow the care instructions supplied with it.

Yes. Our candle refills are made for compatible Russell + White candle jars, so you can keep the jar and return to a favourite fragrance or choose another. Check the refill’s compatibility information before ordering, and only reuse a clean, dry, undamaged jar.

Russell + White candles are made with non-GMO soy wax, a cotton and linen wick, and fine phthalate/paraben-free fragrance oils. They are developed and produced in small batches in the UK.

Trim the wick to approximately 6 mm before each lighting. Allow the wax to melt towards the edges of the jar, without burning for longer than four hours at a time. Keep the wax free from debris and stop using the candle when approximately 6 mm of wax remains. Always burn within sight and follow the full care instructions.
