Every month, or every other month if you'd prefer, we’ll post one of our luxury scented soy candles in either an amber or clear jar directly to your door. All you have to do is select your preference of candle type and order frequency before checking out.

- Your card will be charged each month before we despatch your order.
- Your subscription will be despatched around the 17th of each month with the cut-off day for orders being the 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th of each month will be despatched the following month.
- Delivery is included in the price of the subscription.
- Your subscription will continue to run until you update your preferences.
- Your subscription includes a 15% discount. Additional discount codes cannot be redeemed against your subscription.

How to use
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar each burn to prevent pooling
- Only burn your candle for 4 hours at a time
- Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each lighting
- Keep your candle free of any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings
- Only burn your candle on a level, fire resistant surface
- Stop burning your candle when only 1/4 inch of wax remains
Safety: To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Can I make changes to my subscription?
We will email you 3 days before your subscription is due to trigger so that any changes that you need to make can be done before the subscription triggers.
You can easily modify, skip or cancel your delivery in your account. When cancelling your subscription please do this at least 3 days before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, by all means. Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > View your next order.
Click Skip to skip this product for 30 days. If you need a hand, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I swap the product I have on subscription?
Yes, you can easily swap products.
Go to Account > Subscriptions > View your next order and click the subscription you want to edit. Click Swap this for a different product and select your new favourite.
How do I add a product?
To add a product to your subscription simply log into your account and select products from the You may also like section.
Do I have to give notice to cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription please do this at least 3 days before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time.
How do I reactivate a subscription?
If you'd like to reactivate a cancelled subscription, you can reactivate at any time by simply pressing Reactivate or contact us and we'll be happy to do it for you.
Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?
Yes, no problem. Go to Account > Subscriptions > View your next order and click the subscription you want to edit. You'll then see a field to edit the frequency of the subscription.
How do I update my payment method?
Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > Edit payment method and follow the instructions to edit your payment method.
How do I change my address?
Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > Address & payment details and edit your addresses here.
